the coming year is an important year for me and我覺得應該把我一次過的lose weight目標分成兩個禮拜一些。like setting up mat and glass of water, using small spoon, not binge eating, no more dessert, chocolate everyday without fruits except berries…etc

i was too tired after my binge eating just now of 2kg of different nuts, so please see the photos first:D

oh my goodness…after i was scold when i’d like to add in some more gluten free snacks as the staffs from little giant told me that some of my ordered products were out of stock, i promised myself not to deal with them anymore…but yesterday, they’ve bought many new products like Amisa Organic gluten free muffin, 123Gluten Free Devils food cake mix…etc which i nearly click that order button again.
what should i do?
i really hate their attitude and also,
i was always returning to binge when there was snacks under my table…
if gluten free snacks are not available in my house,
then i have nothing to snack on except real foods,
so should i insist to stop ordering?

i read some more about food addiction this morning.

and my goals for this coming week was set:

1. have a breakfast with fruits instead of eating katie’s oily vegetables every morning

2. drink more water and learn enjoying tea

3. learn portion control of what i really need instead of counting on blind calories or binge

4. try to set a mat when i eat with cup of water to combine with the high fiber diet i used to which make me feel full longer

hope i can end success~!

i’ve tried this new brand of fav snack—muddy bear.

 

it has actually also SNOW BEAR white chocolate version, BERRY BLISS mixed berries version and so on, but my fav was still this dark chocolate one~!

 

the melty chocolate chips were wonderful!!!

today i ate a VERY VERY LARGE sweet potato for breakfast,

which held me until five thirty in the afternoon.

then i enjoyed a large plate of broccoli with garlic and some strawberries for tea time.

my dinner was with mom and having mushrooms and bell pepper with cauliflower rice. the rice tasted like mac and cheese!!! wow!!!

after dinner i had many packs of chocolate covered pumpkin seeds and muddybear biscuits and cocoa orange naked bar and fair trade chocolate raisin rice crisp bar and lastly chocolate animal cookies.

the one i most enjoyed was chocolate covered pumpkin seeds, and surely will collect all their choices including black sesame, almonds, walnuts…etc. yum~!

i’m recently reading on:
psychology today here to help breaking the bonds of food addiction.

let me pick a few points:

loneliness is not meaning only when you’re alone,

but also when you are in a new school,

or having a new job,

and this cause binge-eating like i have.

symptoms like eating HUGE amount of food in one sitting when already very full,

but have to be secretly because of feeling ashamed and guilty of their own actions.

i also become overweight and have less chance to have fun with family and friends because of the long time pain and uncomfortable of my stomach,

just imagine a girl who consume two jars of nut butter right after she’d eaten 1200g of nuts!!!

just counting the whole nuts there are 7200kcal!!!

my family is not rich to have many GOOD food like somewhat organic or zero fat things,

but because i must follow a gluten free diet,

my mom tried her best to pay for my gluten free snacks like rice cakes,

mary’s gone cracker,

gluten free nut butter and granola,

palema’s cookies and pancake mix…etc.

so i just get the chance to let myself binge with those food cuz they’re just DAMN delicious and FAKE HEALTHY.

to start a new blog, i want to first introduce myself to you all…

i love muffins and chocolate chips,

almond butter is another thing i can eat a HUGE amount like two whole jars with my fingers,’

cereals and granola are more easier for me to binge,

and like chocolate cakes or fruits too.

however i want a change now.

i don’t want to let myself getting fatter and fatter.

my goal is to meet eighty eight pounds and stay at this level,

hope i can succeed~!:D
